@Abdul_A_Bello @Omojuwa @Ayowaleh I have always opined that consequence management will make Nigerians sit up and do things right. When we are ready to create that system that monitors and punishes people for bad behaviour, we will see that Nigerians are good people when it comes to obeying laws.
