Organizer Spotlight: Laela Boosheeri @LaelaBooshehri. Laela professionally hunts down viruses in Lisa Zeigler Allen's lab and also occasionally catches a virus from her son Jacques' daycare. Laela has been coordinating swag and graphics and the whole event. #abgradconteam

Organizer Spotlight: Alex Plum @axplum. Alex is a UCSD PhD student in biophysics and studies wide range of topics dynamical systems theory in biology. At abgradcon, Alex has been a huge help in running everything smoothly and picking up all the little things that need to be done.

Head Organizer Spotlight: Miguel Desmarais @ATGATAGGC. Miguel is a second year PhD student in the Bartlett lab and studies microbes in the deep ocean. Dealing with high pressure conditions at AbGradCon came natural to him and he organized every stage of the event! .#abgradconteam

Head Organizer Spotlight: .Luke Fisher. Luke is a PhD student in the Bartlett lab at SIO and studies life under high pressure and high salt conditions. Luke's attention to detail and planning abilities have been indespensable at every stage of this year's AbGradCon event.
