The US is increasing VISA fees for international artists. Prior to April 1, the VISA fee was $460 per person and after is $1,615 to $1,655 USD. Bands and ensembles pay per person. (staff as well)
There are a few exceptions such as the VISA Waiver Program

Although this is not just towards asia but all foreign artists. So we will see fewer tours from artists aside from US nationals in general. Still sucks though.
