All these people complaining about
@WilliamsGrove
cancelling makes me just smh. You’d feel it’s safe for drivers to run a fast track as it is in 60 mph wind?! Clearly some of you could careless about drivers safety. My crash without wind hurt enough there 🙃.

Not saying it wasn’t the right decision, or you are wrong, but it seems like there is a little inconsistency. The wind was really bad on opening day, they race. The wind is really bad today, they cancel. That’s all 👍

And how many of those who are complaining actually would have attended in person had they raced? I always wonder about that when they complain.

358’s weren’t there and were still building a car from last weeks crash so no. But I still care about my competitors, drivers, and friends safety.

I agree. While I didn’t like cancellation, I feel like it was the right car. Not only could cause some major issues with the cars at full speed, but also with strong wind dry out the track, thus eventually burning up tires on a dry surface.

I have no issues with the tracks not racing tonight. Way to windy for all involved. If the weather would of been good tonight I would of went to trail-way speedway tonight. Welp Lincoln or Port tomorrow and Baps Sunday.

It's a damn good decision, hell I hate racing when there are 20+mph winds...letalone when you add 20 other cars out there with those winds when you're in traffic 😬😬😬

Agreed!. I was looking forward to the show last night at the Grove too, but I can understand why it was cancelled. I worked outside in the wind all day, and know first hand how strong it was. I watched the wind almost blow a box truck over on the highway, imagine a sprint car.
