. but I want it as optional. Any way to make it possible?. Maybe some optional assistance with the baggage. I'm sure your crew already does it but by including a note with the booking that the passenger needs as much help as possible it would be great.

@IndiGo6E sorry to bother again . I'm really not looking for much here, maybe a meal but it would be optional. so if the passenger accepted then it's okay else no need . Ideally if I book a meal using your website, the passenger is informed and the meal is provided.
