Completion of Birmingham's Northern Beltline has been a priority of mine since I was elected to Congress, and new funding for the project has now passed. See my full statement here:

@ALReproRightsAd @USRepGaryPalmer He wrote the part for Birmingham, and then voted against Birmingham getting that money. Now, he wants to take credit for money he didn't vote for.

@Brosephus4 @USRepGaryPalmer Palmer's district doesn't include much of Birmingham. Birmingham is majority Black, and Palmer is emphatically not their representative.
