Here are just a few of the big wins: 💵 Annual pay increases of 3.5% for FY26 and 4% for FY27 and FY28 🧘 Self care leave of up to 2.5 months after 7 years of employment ❤️ 20 weeks of paid Parental, Family, and Medical Leave and eligibility expanded to include chosen family

BREAKING: We have reached a tentative agreement with Management on our first collective bargaining agreement.  After over 2 years of bargaining, WE FINALLY HAVE A CONTRACT!

Back in this space to share some exciting news - the @NLRB issued its order from our #unitclarification hearing in November and WE WON! 🥳 The Board found that BOTH of the positions management contested are part of the bargaining unit. ✊
