Update on our application portal:. Grantium is still unavailable, and we’re working hard to put this right. We are deeply sorry for the frustration this has caused, particularly for people hoping to submit applications, or awaiting funding decisions.

We will provide further updates on our website and via email from Monday, including details of extended deadlines for Creative Foundations Fund, Libraries Development Framework and Libraries Improvement Fund. Thank you for your patience.

We have emailed applicants awaiting their decision for Developing Your Creative Practice to confirm we plan to let them know decisions early next week.

Update: 5pm Friday 25 July. Grantium is still not available for users. We’re continuing our work to resolve this issue over the weekend. We’re very sorry for the frustration that this has caused people.

Improvements to Grantium, and the transformation of our digital platforms are a priority for the Arts Council, so we can deliver a better service for everyone who uses them.

We understand the frustration this is causing, and we sincerely apologise to everybody who has been affected.

We want to reassure users, particularly those submitting applications or awaiting funding decisions, that we will be in touch with them later today, and we are putting arrangements in place so that everyone can access the services they need as quickly as possible.

Update on our application portal Grantium:. We are currently experiencing technical issues with our application portal, Grantium, which means users have not been able to access the system since the evening of 23 July. We are doing everything we can to fix this.

If you're an applicant waiting to use our portal Grantium, we want to thank you for your continued patience as we work to fix some issues we're having with the system. We're still working to fix it, and we'll share an update on our progress first thing tomorrow.
