July 25 1980 - 'Back In Black' is released in the US and UK. The band filmed 6 promotional clips for the album in Holland during the "Back In Black" warm-up dates with Brian Johnson (directed by Eric Dionysius and Eric Mistler). Last year, they were restored in 4k resolution:
AC/DC started recording the album “Let There Be Rock” at Albert Studios in Sydney in January 1977. Malcolm & Angus explain the album’s approach in this 2003 interview:

48 years ago this month, AC/DC’s second album “T.N.T.” album was released in Australia. The album kicked off with their Australian hit “It’s A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock & Roll).”

OTD 1978 - AC/DC performs at the Apollo Theatre in Glasgow. The concert is recorded, most of which would end up as the live album “If You Want Blood.” Part of the concert is also filmed.
The album “Back In Black” was recorded 44 years ago this month. In this 1990 interview, Brian talks about “You Shook Me All Night Long,” the first track that he sang in the studio:
