What about the nurse that was stranded on the side of the road and refused roadside assistance when she said she works with COVID patients??? As a nurse and a long time AAA member, I was absolutely outraged and felt I’d be betrayed by AAA if I’m honest about my patient care.

We are disappointed to hear of an isolated emergency roadside assistance incident that occurred to a nurse in NorCal. The AAA NorCal club apologized to the nurse and updated its protocols to prevent this from happening again. We have not experienced a similar incident in SoCal.
