If you think vaccine mandates are bad (they are) because of bodily autonomy (bingo!), but refuse to protect the rights of trans people to their own bodily autonomy, you never were about anyone's liberty but your own.

Adults of the age of majority can do whatever they want and long as they aren’t hurting anyone and there is consent IDC…if it’s a child the parents are still the proxy for the child’s rights. parents do make bad decisions tho. We should prevent the state getting involved IMHO

Where it gets into the weeds is with young people. Children can be easily influenced. Gender reassignment surgery on a 12 year old is a tough decision for the youth and parents. Trans adults absolutely deserve equal protection under the law.

I support the right of adults to do what they want with their bodies, including any sort of body modification.
We deny the right of minors to enter contracts, join the military, and have sex with adults, for good reason. This reason also applies to irreversible sex transitioning.

The issue is teaching children subjective relativism and telling them it's objective.
