Very poor customer support service by @UpstoxSupport @upstox. They mark your tickets as resolved even when they haven't even started helping. Will think twice now in investing through Upstox.

The mental harassment that my old parents had to suffer was beyond imagination and Lufthansa customer service has been nothing short of rude, arrogant and completely oblivious to the state of the passengers. They just lost one customer.

AND after so much wait at Munich airport, just before boarding, they were questioned by the Immigration officers for roughly half an hour before letting them board their flight.

Even worse, they were then told by Lufthansa staff (on reaching Munich) that they won’t be travelling via Zurich anymore and would be given next flight to Dublin from Munich which was more than 8 hours of wait, with no access to lounge!!.

That’s not what we signed up for! To add to the confusion and make matters worse, @FlySWISS cancelled parents' next flight (Munich-Zurich) mid-air (via email) but were still told by @lufthansa air-hostess to go via Zurich to Dublin!.

(contd) instead of 2 at check-in desk on the day of travel & were told they’ll now be flying Dublin-Munch-Zurich-Dublin instead! My parents were obviously not comfortable & they should have been informed in advance. Being old, it’s not easy to keep hopping b/w airports.

One of the worst experiences we’ve had with international flights is with @lufthansa. They are so apathetic towards their customers it makes me angry! My parents had a flight for Delhi-Munich-Dublin which was all as per the plan until they suddenly handed over 3 boarding passes.

Very disappointing experience with @British_Airways. The aircrafts for our London-Delhi and Delhi-London feel like they are from the 80s. Entertainment screens smaller than our smartphones and no mobile charging points. This is not what we signed up for. 👎🏻.
