Not sure why anyone has a problem with limiting any sex talk to kids from Kindergarten to 3rd grade. (Read the bill) Sounds like a good idea. Let parents deal with it in their home if they choose. School is not the place for this at such young ages. Later grades ok.

Schools should not have the right to extend learning at these ages to subjects outside of what is expected in a class room. Math, English, Art etc. Parents have rights on how they want to raise their kids. Schools can not supersede this or step outside these bounds.
