My homie who is a PharmD just went through 8 interviews yes 8! It was a sales job and he’s a damn doctor of pharmacy! They ghosted him his last interview was 1/31 he got a not considered email last night smh! 8 interviews at least call and let him down over the phone!

You’re right. What I found odd was they were more interested in talking about his education versus how he can take the company to the next level based on his knowledge. That’s my homie so I’m biased but I know he would’ve brought a lot to the table!

Went through 4 interviews at a school for an Intervention Specialist position. Final one was alllll day and met with all heads of school and HR. When it was time to let me know they went silent. 🙄

this happens to me and I'm getting permabanned from the headquarters, every satellite office, any retail stores and maybe the entire cities they're located in

That’s ridiculous, the most I’ve done is 5, I did get the job, left after one year, even making my highest salary it was by far my worse work experience
