Closed on 5 multi family house’s (duplexes) I’m the PROUD owner of TEN house’s. I remember back in 2017 I lived in a 2 bd 2 bath apartment. I came home to a 5 day eviction notice placed on my door. I packed up & left now I own 10 two beds & 2 baths units & they ALL are rented out

I know the square root of 2 is 1.414 I have never needed to use this knowledge in my everyday life. These schools need to prepare kids for the real world. Why aren’t there any financial literacy courses in high school?

I’m so grateful to God for opening more and more doors for me. Allowing me to be in bigger rooms, on even bigger stages & in front of bigger audiences. Essence was top tier. I met so many new ppl. Made so many great connections. Forever grateful
