It's a nice and simple contract that gives Checks more access to liquidity of ERC20s in addition to the CheckStrategy. I coded a more complex one last year, sadly not released yet. If there is interest I could go over what I did different. (13/13)

If the Black Check would be created, this also makes the exchange() method basically impossible to use since you would need to collect all $BLKCHK which are widely spread on different accounts. This means the BlackCheck will be forever within the contract. (12/13)

Do note though that anyone can exchange any check, so if there is a low ID it will most likely be exchanged for tokens and taken out of the contract before. (11/13)

Both composite() and one() ensure that the smaller token IDs bubble up which means the smallest ID deposited into the contract would become higher level checks and finally the Black Check. (10/13)

Finally there is the one() function that can be called once 64 single Checks exist in the contract to combine them into the final Black Check which will complete the function of the contract. (9/13)

If many Checks are composited, you might also need a lot of $BLKCHK to exchange for one of the high level checks, e.g., if only single Checks exist in the contract. (8/13)

Anyone can call composite() to composite two of the Checks currently held by the contract. This also means the checks you deposited might get changed and no longer exist in their original form. (7/13)

Note that you have no specific claim on the Checks you deposited, anyone can exchange for them, so you might never get it back. (6/13)

You can provide $BLKCHK to claim any of the Checks currently held by the contract via exchange(), for that you need to have the amount of $BLKCHK that this Check would give on mint, this will get burned and you get the Check. (5/13)

You will get a share of the one $BLKCHK, ~0.00024 per check. Already composited checks give you a higher share depending on how many checks they "contain", e.g. a single check would give ~0.0156 $BLKCHK for 64 Checks contained. (4/13)

You can deposit Checks Originals (Editions are not supported), either by sending them directly (make sure it's using safeTransferFrom(), not transferFrom()). It's safer to call the mint() function which also allows depositing multiple checks at once. (3/13)
